This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of services provided by CostMasters ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Cancellation

BY YOU:
    Before Service Commencement:
  • You may cancel your service request at any time before the commencement of the service. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
  • After Service Commencement:
  • Cancellations after service commencement may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • No refunds will be issued for services partially rendered.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email) to gk.purba@costmasters.in
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with a 3 days written notice.
BY US:

    We may cancel your service in certain circumstances, such as:

  • Non-payment of services
  • Violation of our terms and conditions
  • In case of cancellation by us, we will provide you with 7 days prior written notice whenever possible and will refund any pre-paid fees for services not yet rendered.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Exceptions

  • No refunds will be issued for any discounts or promotional offers.
